Delivery cost

All purchases over $150 will be delivered for free. Purchases under $150 will incur a delivery fee of up to $16. Our parcels are delivered by Australia Post and can be tracked via auspost.com.au/track.

Where specials are made on delivery costs, like free delivery, it does not apply to trade quanities of good and only applies to goods listed on the store website.


Delivery information

When estimating the delivery time of your goods please consider the following;
  • Order processing will not commence until credit card authorisation and address verification has occurred.
  • Please allow at least 1-2days handling time before your order is dispatched. Where possible we will try to process orders for shipment on the same day of purchase, but this will vary depending on the quantity of orders at any given time.
  • In the case of incomplete delivery, shipping will only be charged for the first delivery.
  • Orders which are placed over the Weekend or on a Public Holiday will not be processed until the next business day, at the earliest. Business days are Monday to Friday, excluding VIC Public Holidays.
  • Please note when completing your order form to include a valid Street Number, Suburb, Post Code and Phone Number. Orders cannot be processed without this information, and coco & chloe will not be held responsible for any delays incurred because of this missing data.
  • Please be sure to provide an address that will be attended when delivery occurs. In the best interest and safety of your order – please consider sending your parcel to a location that is occupied between the working hours of 9am-5pm Monday to Friday.


Returns and exchanges

At coco & chloe we will happily exchange or refund you for items unsuitable where intention to return item has been e-mailed to contact@cocoandchloe.com.au, no longer than 7 days after date of delivery. Before returning goods please send us an e-mail to contact@cocoandchloe.com.au describing the problem or reason for return. We will then e-mail you with the return address. When approved, the item/s must then be forwarded to coco & chloe by registered mail.

Please allow at least 1-2 weeks from the date of return for either a refund to be processed, or your new stock to be sent out. In the event of a refund or exchange you, the customer, are responsible for the shipping and handling charges associated with returns (unless the product is deemed faulty), plus for returns that are valued $150 or more a restocking fee of $20 will apply. If the item is faulty this restocking fee will not apply.

Full refunds are only available on Full Price items. Where a sale item has been purchased, customers are welcome to exchange but not refund this item. All returned goods must be received first before coco & chloe can process/approve any exchanges or refunds.

Returns will only be accepted if the item is in perfect condition, fit for resale, and sent along with original e-mail invoice. Any returns must be sent in new and unused condition – with all packaging, boxes and tags attached.


International Orders

Price of delivery for international orders is a flat rate of $35 AUS. All return costs are at the customer’s expense.

International customers, please allow up to 20 days for delivery from the time of transaction. When ordering from outside of Australia please be aware that coco & chloe is not responsible for any duties, tariffs, customs charges or additional charges levied by your country of entry. Should charges be levied in your country, and in the case that you refuse to pay these fees, your credit card will be charged for all merchandise and delivery costs that may be incurred by coco & chloe. When the refused merchandise is returned to coco & chloe, your credit card account will be reimbursed for the cost of the purchase of the merchandise and not delivery.

Please note, if you have any questions concerning customs/duties charges and procedures that are relevant to your country, coco & chloe cannot take responsibility for sourcing this information. We instead ask that you source this information prior to making your order through your local Postal Authority.
